Bridge

Bridge crystals are recognised by a smaller crystal that penetrates the larger crystal, and is partly inside and partly outside it. As the name suggests, it acts as a bridge - this may be between the self and other people, such as when working with others, teaching, or doing something where ideas need to be "getting across" to others. It may also be used as a bridge between the self and other worlds or dimensions, such as when working with Guides, or doing any type of psychic work or channelling. These crystals are sometimes known as "penetration" crystals, and as the name suggests may also be used if you need to "get to the heart" of something, or discover what is beneath the surface. Occasionally the bridging crystal sits across the body of the main crystal, or enters AND exits it - these forms are especially rare and powerful.
