Smoky Quartz: polished point - Phantom Enhydro (Madagascar)

This skeletal quartz has been polished off in generator formation to reveal the inner markings. The top of the crystal is nice and clear, with smoky quartz phantoms clearly visible in the 'singed' formation that is typical of this form of quartz. Two faces are in 'Isis' formation, one of which has a really deep 'key'. There are also two very clear enhydro bubbles within the top faces of the crystal, typical of this formation. The lower half of the crystal is more milky, due to various inclusions as well as its growth habit and groundmass, but this does not detract from the crystal's energy.
