Emerald is the prime stone of the heart. It helps us work with all themes of balance and duality and come to understand that the Light contains all things, and that tobe all light is to be as far from perfection as it is to be all dark. It also encourages us to see the extremes we encounter in our lives as a means or a resource that we can use to help us on our journey.
