Herkimer Diamond: crystal

This small Herkimer Diamond crystal has one good termination, and one that is incomplete. It appears that almost half of the crystal has been lost during the extraction process –suggesting that it might once have been part of a larger cluster. Despite this the crystal has a very nice clarity, along with some surface deposits of black anthraxolite.
