Opal – Boulder: polished pebble

This amazing polished pebble of Boulder Opal has been in our personal collection for a number of years. It has several veins of sky-blue opal running through it, with a larger exposed seam to one side. This one has lots of fire, flashing predominantly in hues of turquoise, blue, green and violet. It may be of use in Shamanic work, although it is also very comforting to hold, and sits well in the hand with the thumb resting over the gemmy plane.
