Agate - Grey Banded (Shantilite): polished heart (Madagascar)

This beautiful agate has been polished into a heart with great care! It is pale grey and cream at the outer edges, gradually deepening in colour as you travel into the centre. One side has an orange rust-red drusy core, coloured by traces of iron; whilst the other has two sets of concentric bands of white and grey, above which is a lovely band of white and clear quartz with a clear crystalline drusy core at its centre.
This material has similar energies to Botswana Agate, although material like this from Madagascar is also called Shantilite - a name coined by Robert Simmons. This form may be useful for gently but effectively clearing deep-seated issues, where removal of negativity to allow for greater clarity - whilst keeping grounded - might be wished for.
