Amorphous minerals are all those that do not have a specific crystalline structure. They are organic minerals or minerals that formed so quickly they did not have the time to develop a structured matrix as is the case with the majority of crystals. Amorphous minerals include jet, shungite, amber, copal, tektite, moldavite and opal.
This lack of internal structure makes these minerals very free-flowing and they easily support a less organised and structured approach to addressing many of life's issues or niggles. They also have the potential to offer unique and innovative ways of carrying out healing for the self or others and make powerful companions for meditation and journeying. With amorphous minerals "all things are possible" and any doorways can be opened to you. Even those minerals you might think to be grounding can also take you to the stars!
