NATURAL crystals, clusters etc.

These pages show all our amethysts that are primarily of a terminated formation. These include individual crystals (fully natural and/or with a part-polished finish; single-terminated and double-terminated); clusters and beds; plus geodes (also called Madonnas).
Mostly amethyst forms in geodes or beds, which are sold halved, in slabs or split into individual points, although some smaller gemmy crystals or clusters have been found that exhibit true individual crystalline structures. Amethyst in various forms can be found in many regions of the world, each of which seems to produce a crystal or cluster of a very individual style and energy. Amethyst geodes and clusters tend to have short bodies and stubby terminations, as they have grown in close formation from a quartz and/or chalcedony base. It is more rare to find amethyst growing in massive non-terminated deposits, or as single, grouped or clustered long and/or slender crystals. All terminated crystals have a directive energy (simply follow their point(s)!) and as such make useful healing tools.
