Montebrasite

MONTEBRASITE Montebrasite comes from Namibia. It is a member of the Amblygonite group of minerals, and has a surprisingly high lithium content.
It is this lithium content that makes Montebrasite good for calming anxious states, helping to bring us to a state of balance that will allow us to examine and deal with whatever issues might be causing us anxiety or stress with greater insight and understanding. Montebrasite has a high and pure energy, helping to flood the entire aura and all the chakras with Light. The turquoise-blue aspects additionally support the throat and brow chakras, allowing us to have greater clarity in our thought processes, and shining the Light of Truth upon us: this supports us so that we may have greater honesty in our communications, both internal and external; and thus Montebrasite may also offer us a way of seeing, addressing and overcoming whatever fears hold us back and prevent us from moving on without restriction or constraint.
