Malachite

Malachite is a copper carbonate mineral with a hardness of 3.5-4. It only occurs rarely in crystal form, and most material is cut and polished from botryoidal masses that have fibrous banding of varying shades of green. Being a copper-based mineral it is sometimes found in combination with chrysocolla (sky-blue) and/or azurite (deep blue). Eiliat stone is a specific mix that combines all three of these, together with red-brown streaks of cuprite.
Malachite is a multi-purpose yet profound stone. Its green layering suggests that it works well with the heart chakra and with all issues of balance, wherever these may occur. Additionally it delves deep into the subconscious, aiding recall of the root causes of how, when and why such imbalances may have arisen. Its strength then helps draw out and transmute negativities or densities released from the energy field as understanding grows, enabling more positive patterning to be adopted. The copper within malachite also aids the grounding and assimilation of multi-frequency energies, assisting with integration of change to all bodies and centres. In turn this helps us align ourselves with Divine Will, rather than getting stuck in lower ego-patterning and delusions of self-will. When aligned with Divine Will life should flow more easily: limitations, blocks and barriers simply melting away and revealing us in our true nature as conscious co-creators with the Divine
