Pyrite is a very useful balancing tool, and its iron content makes it also useful for grounding: if you find that hematite no longer works for you, then it is worth trying our pyrite. We use these pairs - one in each hand; or one touching each foot - to help ground and balance the left/right sides of the body and the left/right hemispheres of the brain.
