Herkimer Diamond: crystal

This small Herkimer Diamond crystal has two visible but imperfect terminations. Layering and indentations to the faces and side suggest that this was once part of a small cluster, and that the extraction process has lead to a loss of integrity. There is still a reasonable clarity and energy however, and it will still be of use for gridding or for essence making.
